Kathie Leslie
Training Manager:

Gary is one of the best leadership and communications trainers and coaches I have encountered. His ability to size up his students and engage them in the process of understanding and changing their behavior to achieve results is outstanding. He can work with all experience level employees from entry level professionals to senior Vice Presidents.

Dave Mason
Senior Engineer, Customer Applications Engineering, General Electric

I have known and worked directly with Gary for nearly ten years. Gary was hired and served as a consulting team member for a project at the third largest municipally owned and operated, water and wastewater utility in the country with over 3,000 employees. Gary was instrumental in establishing critical relationships with many of the key stakeholders including the CEO and his executive management team. He served as coach and trainer for members of the consulting team, the utility’s managers and supervisors, and as a personal coach to me. His insight proved to be extremely valuable in guiding the utility toward being more customer-focused and in changing the way they viewed delivering their core services. His active participation contributed to the project’s overwhelming success. Since that time, Gary and I have stayed in touch and have maintained a close personal friendship. I recommend Gary without hesitation

Mallory Stevens
Senior Bank Manager:

I met Gary Dichtenberg in 1990, when I attended a multi-day training program on "Effective Communication," conceived and presented by him under the auspices of New York University's School of Continuing Education. The program was so invaluable (to this day, I remember -- and utilize -- many things I learned from him), I engaged him not long thereafter to present a discussion and workshop on "Managing Change" for New York Chapter of Hadassah. Then, some 15 years later, when as an officer of Israel Discount Bank of New York it was my responsibility to organize a major offsite training weekend for 100 bank executives, I immediately thought of Gary. From inception to execution, Gary was, yet again, an absolute pleasure to collaborate with and the rave reviews he received from everyone were a testament to the program's success. He is the consummate professional, an expert trainer/teacher/consultant and an utterly reliable service provider. Furthermore, Gary's knowledge, intelligence, wit and unique style have the combined effect of rendering his programs not only highly effective, but delightful, as well.less

Senior HR/L&D Talent & Training Professional:

Simply - Gary is a Guru.. A master at his craft of developing people: Through insightful and interesting learning processes, Gary can actively help individuals understand and improve their own capabilities and how to better work through the mire of complex working relationships across all parts of an organisation - and as part of a team or as a leader of people. Gary and I brought to the UK engineering community the successful 'New Engineering Manager" course and these classes were an outstanding success and I witnessed some transforming learning. This and others of Gary's classes, and with his associate Mark Schall, repeatedly exceeded 5* ratings. Many of the engineers have told me that his classes were the best management courses they had ever been on. However, as a Leadership Coach on a one-to-one basis, Gary also provides the exact insight and attention to detail that is required. Very importantly, Gary understands business. He understands people. He is a human, warm, funny and thoroughly nice man.

Something to Think About

If you're thinking about sending someone to an offsite program...think again. You can literally double the impact of your training dollar by 'suitcasing' the program to your location. As few as 6 participants could have an outstanding experience at roughly the same cost as sending someone across the country. Give us a call and let us show you how.
